Burnside, KY (July 1, 2017) Lake Cumberland Speedway was scheduled for weekly racing series action tonight, June 1st, but due to heavy rainfall we have had to cancel the event. We have RESCHEDULED THE EVENT- New date for the Firecracker Blowout is MONDAY- June 3rd!! Gates will open at 4:00 EDT, and brief drivers meeting at 6:30 EDT with hot laps to begin shortly after. Admission prices  are $15 for General grandstands 12 & under get in FREE-- $30 for pit admission, $15 for ages 6-10, while 5 and under are FREE!!!!!!

Lake Cumberland Speedway is a 3/8 mile dirt oval with both inside and outside pit areas. RACEceivers are MANDATORY to be in use by all competitors while on the track! Transponders are also MANDATORY and can be rented at the track for $10.

Activities for the event on Monday include, Late Models paying $1,500 to win, Open Wheel Modifieds paying $800 to win, KDRA Super Stocks paying $600 to win and Stock 4-Cylinders paying $400 to win. ($100 bonus will be added to winning payout to any division that has 18 or more cars!)  Also added to the event will be, bicycle and power wheel races for kids 12 & under along with a candy toss and a HUGE firework show during intermission!!!
